Ballet - Level 1
This is a class open to beginner ballet dancers. This is the first level in our Ballet Foundations program. Students will gain a strong base for technique by learning that their muscles and alignment can help them control their movements. They will be challenged with musicality and memorization of level appropriate exercises.
Ballet - Level 2
Tuesday 6:30 - 7:30
Dancers will begin class with stretches in the center specific to strengthening the feet. They will then go to the ballet barre to work on basic technique, as well as, learn more detailed combinations, involving port de bras (use of upper body, head, and arms).
